At VRITAE Creations, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer returns or refunds, we’re happy to assist you with exchanges if your order isn't quite right.

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or offer monetary refunds once an order is placed and delivered.
  • All sales are considered final, except in cases of defective or incorrect items (see Section 4).

2. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange-only on eligible items within 48 hours of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact
  • The product is not listed as non-exchangeable

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us at support@vritae.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the request.
  3. Our team will guide you through the exchange procedure.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards or vouchers
