2. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time within 2 working days.
• Delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free delivery is available on all orders above AED 250.
• Orders below AED 250 are subject to a standard shipping fee, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Real-Time Shipment Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive real-time tracking updates via email and/or SMS.
• Tracking links and status updates allow you to monitor your package every step of the way.

5. Failed Deliveries

• In case of missed delivery attempts, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule.
• If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us and subject to additional fees.
